Waynesboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 60-52 to the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Little Giants this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-52 on Thursday.

Waynesboro's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Fluvanna County, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.
