Basketball Game Preview: Manatee Hurricanes vs. Lakewood Ranch Mustangs + Official Tickets

The Manatee Hurricanes will venture away from home to face off against the Lakewood Ranch Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Manatee was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Families Instructing Students HomeSchool last Friday. The Hurricanes blew past the Hawks 86-44.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakewood Ranch). They breezed past Gulf Coast HEAT to the tune of 76-43 on Monday.

Manatee's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Lakewood Ranch, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Everything went Manatee's way against Lakewood Ranch in their previous meeting back in February, as Manatee made off with a 92-67 win. Do the Hurricanes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mustangs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
