Basketball Recap: Green River Finds Home Court Redemption Against Thunder Basin

There's no place like home for Green River, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 51-48 victory over the Thunder Basin Bolts on Saturday. For the Wolves, this counts as revenge for the 58-51 win the Bolts walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Thunder Basin's loss came despite strong showings from Allie Rodgers and Ashtyn Ketchum. Rodgers dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten boards, while Ketchum went 6 for 15 on her way to 14 points and six rebounds. Ketchum has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Jayde Stremcha was another key player, putting up 11 points.
