While Mountain View's win against Marshall wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Yellowjackets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Bobcats on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Yellowjackets have won by just one run.

Mountain View is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-7 record this season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of one runs across that stretch. As for Marshall, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mountain View will venture away from home to square off against Yellville-Summit at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marshall, they will head out to face off against Sloan-Hendrix at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
