Baseball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton was the 5-2 winner over Holland when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Hawkeyes fell just short of the Dutch by a score of 6-4 on Thursday. The Hawkeyes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Holland, their win bumped their record up to 6-17.

Coming up, Hamilton will head out to challenge Holland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Holland, they will be playing at home against Lake Fenton at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Blue Devils will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Dutch surely won't give up without a fight.
