Basketball Recap: Lake Hamilton Piles Up the Points Against Pine Bluff

Lake Hamilton won the last time they faced Pine Bluff and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lake Hamilton Wolves took their match with ease, bagging a 53-14 victory over the Pine Bluff Zebras. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Zebras are ranked 248th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lake Hamilton is also on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.7 points per game. As for Pine Bluff, they are on a 39-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-21.

Lake Hamilton will be playing at home against Arkansas at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pine Bluff, they will head out on the road to take on Sheridan at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Sheridan will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Pine Bluff surely won't give up without a fight.
