Volleyball Recap: Freedom Comes Up Short at Home Against Patton

Freedom unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Patton Panthers on Monday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 12 in a row.

While Freedom was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Patton's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-21.

Looking ahead, Freedom is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Hibriten at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Patton, they will challenge South Caldwell at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
