Volleyball Recap: Anacostia Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Jackson-Reed

Anacostia faced Jackson-Reed in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Indians took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Indians have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-2.

Anacostia's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Jackson-Reed, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.
