Glendora won the last time they faced Bonita and Kaleia Zeits did her part to make sure it happened again. The Tartans walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bearcats on Monday with plenty of help from Zeits, who had 28 digs and six aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 32 games she's played dating back to last season.

Glendora had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-13, 25-23, 25-18.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Glendora to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Barrett, who had six aces and four digs. Those six aces gave Barrett a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Amelia Arzaga, who had six digs and two aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Glendora was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Despite the loss, Bonita saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Shyanne McCutcheon had 16 digs and two aces.

Glendora is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season. As for Bonita, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12.

As of now, neither Glendora nor the Bearcats have any future games scheduled.
