Pine Bluff took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against Hot Springs, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Zebras narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Trojans 15-13. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Zebras' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Pine Bluff's victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 6-14. As for Hot Springs, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

As of now, neither Pine Bluff nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
