Basketball Recap: Benton Central's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Benton Central won the last time they faced Tri-County and things went their way on Friday too. The Benton Central Bison took down the Tri-County Cavaliers 69-51. That 18 point margin sets a new team best for the Bison this season.

Several Cavaliers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Grayson Schneider, who went 6-for-10 on his way to 14 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Foster, who posted ten points and four steals.

The win (which was Benton Central's fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games.
