Soccer Game Preview: Roswell vs. Milton

The Roswell Hornets will head out on the road to take on the Milton Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Roswell is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Roswell barely beat Johns Creek the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Roswell put the hurt on Johns Creek with a sharp 6-1 win on Friday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Meanwhile, Milton didn't have quite enough to beat Riverwood on Tuesday and fell 2-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roswell's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those six games. As for Milton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
