East Lansing's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down the Everett Vikings 24-6. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Baylor Schanski was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 172 yards and three TDs while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. Those 172 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

East Lansing's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Everett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-3.
