Baseball Recap: Trinity Classical Academy Gets the Win

Trinity Classical Academy never let their opponents score on Thursday. They came out on top against the Santa Clarita Christian Cardinals by a score of 5-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-0 on Monday.

The result came thanks to Andrew Carlson's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up 14 Ks. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Quinn Minyard, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Steven Fallansbee was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

Trinity Classical Academy now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Santa Clarita Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.
