Who's up and who's down
Movin on Up
Trinity will have a better view of things this week after its strong showing last week propelled it seven spots up the power rankings. That was the biggest rise of the week. It took its contest against Beulah by a conclusive 21 - 0 score. The dominant performance adds to Trinity's intimidating total: it now has five blowout victories so far this season.
No Stoppin 'Em
There were a lot of high-scoring contests in the power rankings last week, but the 87-point effort in this one put it right at the top of the list. Milnor/North Sargent had all the answers against Lisbon, winning 55 - 32. Milnor/North Sargent's margin of victory (23 points) marked the biggest win the team has had all season.
Welcome
Say hello to Watford City: the team broke into the power rankings at the 23rd position after its notable last-week performance. It narrowly escaped with a win as it sidled past St. Mary's Central 24 - 22. St. Mary's Central had come in flaunting an aggressive defense allowing an average of only 4.44 points per game, but that obviously didn't scare off Watford City.
