Baseball Recap: John Champe Starts Season with Win at Home

John Champe gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They never let the Potomac Falls Panthers get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

John Champe saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cole Rounds-Raabe, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Looking ahead, John Champe will take on Loudoun Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Potomac Falls, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Meridian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
