Evart put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 16-7 margin over the Boyne City Ramblers. Fans of the Wildcats have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

Evart's win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Boyne City, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coincidentally, Evart and Boyne City will both be playing Meridian the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will host the Mustangs at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, while the Ramblers will play them later in the day, at 9:00 p.m.
