Baseball Recap: Oakwood Christian Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Monday. Oakwood Christian fell 7-3 to Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts. Oakwood Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oakwood Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joseph Warland, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Graham Meyer was another, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Oakwood Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oakwood Christian will venture away from home to square off against Unity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts, they will face off against Whitwell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
