Acadiana is 9-1 against New Iberia since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rams will be playing at home against the Yellowjackets at 4:00 p.m.

Acadiana managed to slip by Southside the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rams came up short against the Sharks on Tuesday, falling 13-7.

Meanwhile, New Iberia posted their closest victory since March 3rd on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Carencro 6-4. The victory continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won four in a row.

Acadiana dropped their record down to 11-16 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for New Iberia, their win bumped their record up to 19-10.

Acadiana skirted past New Iberia 6-4 in their previous meeting back in March of 2024. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Yellowjackets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
