Exeter entered their tilt with Bishop Guertin on Friday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 3-0 win. Give Exeter's defense some credit: that's the team's sixth straight shutout.

Exeter has now won eight of their last nine games at home. That's helped them to a 9-2 record this season. Those home victories were made possible by their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 42 goals over those nine games. As for Bishop Guertin, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Exeter will take on their in-conference opponent Keene at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Bishop Guertin is set to face off against their familiar foe Manchester Memorial at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
