Palm Bay wins going away against Satellite

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cocoa, The Palm Bay Pirates were happy to have found some success on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 35-21 victory over Satellite. For Palm Bay, this counts as revenge for the 38-15 loss Satellite walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2021.

Palm Bay's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jeremy Pittman jr, who rushed for 192 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. The team also got some help courtesy of Bradyn Cook, who rushed for 95 yards and three touchdowns.

Despite the loss, Satellite still got an impressive performance from Eric Weza, who picked up 54 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Palm Bay is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Satellite, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palm Bay will take on Titusville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Satellite, they will head out on the road to face off against Mainland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mainland presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Satellite in Florida (Mainland is ranked 19th, while Satellite is ranked 193rd).
