Glenmora was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Monterey on Tuesday. Glenmora's pitchers stepped up to hand Monterey a 12-0 shutout. Considering the Wildcats have won eight matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Glenmora is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. Monterey is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Glenmora will have a chance to go back-to-back against Monterey: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
