Evansville HomeSchool R extends road losing streak to three

Recap: Evansville HomeSchool R Racers vs. Christian Educational Consortium Cougars

This season hasn't been kind to the Evansville HomeSchool R Racers, who are still winless after their fourth contest. They took a serious blow against Christian Educational Consortium on Saturday, falling 76-48. Evansville HomeSchool R has not had much luck with Christian Educational Consortium recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Christian Educational Consortium was led to victory by Jack Patterson and Nathan Johnson. Patterson dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Johnson scored 21 points along with nine assists and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Hawkins, who scored eight points.

Evansville HomeSchool R bumped their record down to 0-4 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Christian Educational Consortium, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Evansville HomeSchool R will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fulton City at 3:30 p.m. on January 27th. As for Christian Educational Consortium, they will head out on the road to challenge Fort Knox at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Fort Knox is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
