Football Game Recap: Eureka vs. Lindbergh

Eureka won the last time they faced Lindbergh, and things went their way on Friday, too. Eureka put the hurt on Lindbergh with a sharp 27-3 victory. Followers of Eureka probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.

The win bumped Eureka's record up to 6-0. The loss dropped Lindbergh back to even at 3-3.

Next week Eureka take on Kirkwood at 7:00 PM. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown. Lindbergh will look to defend their home turf against Webster Groves at 7:00 PM. Webster Groves are limping into the contest on a seven-game losing streak.
