Football Recap: Upper Lake Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Upper Lake's offense. They lost 26-0 to the Stuart Hall Knights on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost six in a row.

Upper Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Stuart Hall, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Upper Lake will venture away from home to take on Willits at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Cougars their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Stuart Hall, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Mission at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
