Basketball Recap: Richwood Comes Up Short

Richwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 55-42 to the Meadow Bridge Wildcats. The Lumberjacks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 58-30.

Richwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Meadow Bridge, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richwood will welcome Wirt County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Meadow Bridge, they will be playing at home against Bath County at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th.
