Volleyball Recap: California School for the Deaf-Riverside Comes Up Short

California School for the Deaf-Riverside lost against Academy for Academic Excellence back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cubs fell 3-1 to the Knights. The Cubs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 12-25, 25-22.

California School for the Deaf-Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Academy for Academic Excellence, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coming up, California School for the Deaf-Riverside will be taking part in a tournament against Norte Vista at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Academy for Academic Excellence, they will square off against Barstow at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
