Basketball Game Preview: Northridge Knights vs. Roy Royals

The Northridge Knights will challenge the Roy Royals at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northridge has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 225 points over their last three games.

On Tuesday, Northridge needed a bit of extra time to put away Clearfield. They snuck past the Falcons with a 74-69 win.

Meanwhile, Roy ended up a good deal behind Viewmont on Tuesday and lost 64-45.

Roy dropped their record down to 2-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Northridge, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Northridge strolled past Roy in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 61-46. Will Northridge repeat their success, or does Roy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
