Astronaut is still undefeated this season after their game against Rockledge on Monday, but Rockledge came as close as anyone has to beating them. The War Eagles came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Raiders. For the War Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Madison Minch made a big impact no matter where she played. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Minch was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. That stolen base marked the first that she has snagged this season.

Astronaut's record is now 4-0. As for Rockledge, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Astronaut will square off against Titusville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup will give the War Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Rockledge, they will take on Cocoa Beach at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
