Volleyball Recap: Columbus Victorious

Columbus won the last time they faced Truman and things went their way on Friday too. Columbus had just enough and edged out Truman 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Sharks.

Columbus' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Truman, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Columbus will face off against rival DeWitt Clinton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Truman is set to square off against their familiar foe Roosevelt Educational at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
