Jayla Brinkley Game Report: @ Central

On Tuesday Jayla Brinkley posted three points in addition to eight rebounds, five assists, and five steals. The effort marked the most assists Brinkley has had since back in December of 2023. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she's been consistent in that area too: the matchup was her fifth straight with two or more. For the year, she has averaged 9.7 points and 2.5 steals.

Brinkley and Jensen Beach won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Somerset College Prep Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Falcons got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Spartans, probably because Brinkley had a solid game then too: she had seven points and 11 boards.
