Volleyball Recap: Friday's Win Is Gloria Deo Academy's Fifth in Last Six Outings

It's playoff time, and Gloria Deo Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the King's Academy Knights on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.

Gloria Deo Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-12 record this season. As for King's Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-17-1.

Gloria Deo Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Full Armor Christian Academy on the 18th. King's Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
