Volleyball Recap: HOPE Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Northpoint Christian Academy

HOPE Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the NorthPoint Christian Academy NightHawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Royals have struggled against the NightHawks recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, HOPE Academy sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 14-25, 25-11, 23-25, 15-8.

NorthPoint Christian Academy now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, HOPE Academy will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Sheets Memorial Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for NorthPoint Christian Academy, they will head out to take on Parkwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wolf Pack will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the NightHawks surely won't give up without a fight.
