Basketball Recap: Antonio Garcia III Key Part of a Team Effort in Jaguars Win

It was a proper cat-fight when Triumph Charter took on Lincoln on Thursday. The Triumph Charter Jaguars strolled past the Lincoln Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 46-28. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Jaguars.

Triumph Charter's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Antonio Garcia III, who posted 19 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Garcia III has scored at least a third of Triumph Charter's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joel Zaragoza, who put up 14 points.

The victory got Triumph Charter back to even at 6-6. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Vaughn the next time they take the court. Lincoln will head out to face Vaughn at 1:00 p.m. on December 30th, while Triumph Charter will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
