Arizona College Prep had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Tuesday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Chaparral Firebirds.

Liliana Gagnon looked comfortable as she pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Arizona College Prep got a big performance out of Shelby O'Donnal, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Rachel Cain was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run.

Arizona College Prep pushed their record up to 15-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Chaparral, they now have a losing record of 9-10.
