There's no place like home for Gloucester, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the New Kent Trojans get on the board and left with an 8-0 win on Friday. Considering Gloucester have won seven matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting New Kent from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Gavin Blanks led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Gloucester's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven games. As for New Kent, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gloucester will welcome Bethel at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Kent, they will face off against Grafton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
