There's no place like home for Kaiser, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Charter Oak Chargers on Wednesday. The Cats' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Kaiser got a great performance from Roman Hernandez as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out six over six innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Tino Isaiah Cuellar, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Issac Estrada, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

The victory got Kaiser back to even at 2-2. As for Charter Oak, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Kaiser will face off against Covina at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Charter Oak, they will challenge Bonita at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
