Northview is on a four-game streak of home wins, while the Spartans are on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Northview Titans will take on the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Greater Atlanta Christian took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Northview, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Northview was able to grind out a solid victory over the Longhorns, taking the game 44-33.

Northview got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kelly Reynolds out in front who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Milan Johnson, who scored 11 points along with six steals and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, Greater Atlanta Christian was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 43-38 to the Vikings. While losing is never fun, Greater Atlanta Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 224th, while the Vikings are ranked 62nd).

Northview has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Greater Atlanta Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-12.

Northview suffered a grim 62-37 defeat to the Spartans in their previous meeting back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Greater Atlanta Christian's Myla Benton, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. Now that Northview knows the damage she can cause, will they be able to stop her this time? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
