Volleyball Recap: Lorain Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lorain had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Shaker Heights Red Raiders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 on September 4th.

The win didn't come easy: Shaker Heights scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 20-25, 25-20, 25-20.

Lorain's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Shaker Heights, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Lorain will venture away from home to take on Keystone at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Shaker Heights, they will challenge Mentor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
