Florala has won seven straight games at home, while Andalusia has won seven straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Wildcats will welcome the Bulldogs at 3:30 p.m. One thing working in Florala's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last four games.
On Thursday, Florala made easy work of Pleasant Home and carried off an 18-2 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 contests by eight runs or more this season.

Paige Musso and Ella Caraway made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Musso struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Meanwhile, Caraway struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. Musso has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. At the plate, Musso scored five runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances, while Caraway fired off seven RBI, four doubles, and two stolen bases while going 4-for-5. Those seven RBI gave Caraway a new career-high.
In other batting news, Maci Blount was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances. Kiley Caine was another key player, scoring three runs while going 1-for-4.
Meanwhile, Andalusia has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 2.9 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Thursday. They lost 14-2 to Kinston. Andalusia's loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.
Andalusia saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kailey Jackson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Florala's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Andalusia, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-8.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Florala has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 11.9 hits per game. However, it's not like Andalusia struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 3.9 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
