Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Nassau). They came out on top against the First Coast Christian Knights by a score of 61-51 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Knights back in November of 2024, they had to take a 59-50 defeat.

When it comes to explaining why First Coast Christian lost, don't look at Skylar Hudson. Despite the final result, she posted 25 points. That was a full 49% of First Coast Christian's points, marking the tenth time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Faith Whidden, who put up nine points.

West Nassau's win bumped their record up to 3-15. As for First Coast Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

West Nassau wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 81-2 loss against Andrew Jackson on the 4th. As for First Coast Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-29 defeat against St. Johns Country Day on the 4th.
