Volleyball Recap: Rancho San Juan Comes Up Short

Rancho San Juan lost against Palma last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trailblazers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chieftains.

Stephen DeAnda paced Rancho San Juan's offense, picking up 14 kills. DeAnda got some help from Brandon Quiambao and his 18 assists.

Rancho San Juan now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Palma, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 16-4.

Rancho San Juan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Mt. Pleasant on the 12th. As for Palma, they will venture away from home to take on Everett Alvarez at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
