Recap: Mars Fightin' Planets vs. Moon Area Tigers
The Mars Fightin' Planets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They suffered a rough 74-48 defeat at the hands of Moon Area. Mars has not had much luck with Moon Area recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Despite the loss, Mars still got an impressive performance from Ryan Ceh, who scored 20 points along with two steals. Remi Black was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Mars has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for Moon Area, the victory (which was their 16th in a row) raised their record to 17-2.
Mars does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Moon Area, they will head out on the road to square off against Mt. Lebanon at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
