Softball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison couldn't beat Bandera on Friday even though they stacked eight runs on them in the fourth inning. The Golden Bears lost 14-8 to the BULLDOGS. The Golden Bears' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row dating back to last season.

Edison's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bandera, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Looking ahead, Edison will face off against Merkel at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The Badgers' pitching crew has only allowed 0.2 runs per game this season, so the Golden Bears' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bandera, they will take on Sonora at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
