Volleyball Recap: Harmony School of Advancement Comes Up Short

Harmony School of Advancement was the 3-1 winner over Kingwood Park when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. Harmony School of Advancement fell just short of Kingwood Park by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Harmony School of Advancement might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Kingwood Park: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 22-25, 25-22, 23-25, 15-13.

Despite the loss, Harmony School of Advancement still got an impressive performance from Joseph Hoang, who had 21 digs and seven assists. Those seven assists gave Hoang a new career-high.

Even though they lost, Harmony School of Advancement was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Harmony School of Advancement's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Kingwood Park, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
