The Riverside Ram will challenge the Lightridge Bolts at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Riverside's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Lightridge has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Riverside's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Potomac Falls 1-0. Given Riverside's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 57th, while Potomac Falls are ranked 206th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Lightridge's offense. They lost 4-0 to Independence last Thursday.

Riverside's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-2. As for Lightridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-2.
