Soccer Recap: Concord Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Concord Academy lost against A.L. Brown back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wonders. Concord Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Diego Victoriano-Tapia and Franky Lira scored both of Concord Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Concord Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for A.L. Brown, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Concord Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 5-1 win against Carolina Day on the 21st. As for A.L. Brown, they will take on Topsail at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Topsail's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
