Volleyball Recap: Spring Comes Up Short

Spring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Paetow Panthers. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2018.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-14.

Spring's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Paetow, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coming up, Spring will take on Barbers Hill at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Paetow, their road trip will continue as they head out to face New Caney at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
