Kenston Forest always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .659. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fuqua only posted an OBP of .200.
Meanwhile, Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot hadn't done well against Amelia Academy recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Knights skirted past the Patriots 10-9. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on four straight.
Brian Bodman was excellent, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Fountain, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Kenston Forest pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. Wednesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Kenston Forest has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .495. However, it's not like Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot struggles in that department as they've averaged .438.
