Preview: Bunnell Bulldogs vs. Bassick Lions
Bunnell has been on the road for two straight, but on Saturday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Bassick Lions at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Monday, things could have been worse for Bunnell, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 49-34 loss to Joel Barlow.
Meanwhile, Bassick came up short against Amistad on Thursday and fell 54-47. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Bassick in their matchups with Amistad: they've now lost four in a row.
Bunnell dropped their record down to 0-16 with that defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Bassick, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.
